Pink Vail Team
Welcome to the team page for Patsy's Pasties! Once again, we are participating in Pink Vail on Saturday, March 24, 2018 to support our local cancer center and we would appreciate your support! Our team would like to acknowledge our namesake - Patsy Seal a two time breast cancer survivor. We will ski for her and all of our family and friends that have been touched by cancer.
Pink Vail is the world's biggest SKI day and all proceeds help our local cancer patients. Proceeds benefit all patients at Shaw Cancer Center through improvements to patient care by funding the Spirit of Survival program, a program that provides all patients the opportunity to receive free exercise training, nutrition coaching, emotional support, massages, acupuncture, outdoor adventures and much more. These unique services can dramatically impact a patient's quality of life, but are not typically covered by insurance.
Shaw Cancer Center is a fully accredited cancer treatment facility and comprehensive breast center in Edwards, Colorado. The Shaw Cancer Center is part of Vail Health - a 501(c)(3). It is rare for a rural, resort town to provide such comprehensive care for patients. Shaw exists because of generous donors, passionate volunteers and talented clinicians who are dedicated to restoring the health of their cancer patients.Help us support this great cause! You don't have to be a skier to join the team, there are many ways to participate with us. If you would like to ski/ride that day and join our fundraising efforts, then please register as a participant on Team Patsy's Pasties page.
If you can't join us, but would like to support Shaw Cancer Center, please make a donation! Click on the "Donate Now" button to the right.
Thanks for your support!
